Judd Richardson has been the Managing Broker of the Hendersonville Office since the spring of 1994. His career of real estate began in Eastern North Carolina in the mid-70's where he first began in sales and then a couple of years later moved into a management position with an independent firm and later a franchise real estate firm. He has owned and managed in North Carolina and as managed three real estate offices in the Low Country of South Carolina. He has achieved numerous awards in his real estate management career while with national franchises. He was President of the National Brokers Council for a major national franchise in the early 90's. He is a Past President of the Beaufort Board of Realtors (1986) and the Hendersonville Board of Realtors (2000). He has also served in several officer and committee positions during his career in five real estate boards.

Judd is a native of North Carolina and served in the United States Marine Corps (Naval Flight Officer). He has also been involved with service organizations over the years including Lions Club, Civitans, Kiwanis (Past President) and currently a member of the Rotary Club of Hendersonville. Judd enjoys golf and spending time with his wife of 36 years. Judd and his wife have a married daughter and granddaughter in Raleigh, North Carolina.
