Sharon Montague heads Beverly-Hanks Education and Training Department providing a complete start up New Agent program as well as providing ongoing continuing education for all agents.

She began her real estate career in Michigan 29 years ago and relocated to the southeast in 1980. She has been a National and a Regional Trainer for two major franchises, traveling the U.S. and Canada and also did Broker Management consulting. She ran her own private real estate school in Asheville for 11 years and provided prelicense sales courses, broker courses and appraisal courses to hundreds of students in Western North Carolina and she is an approved update Instructor and course sponser.

Sharon has been highly active in the Asheville Board of Realtors, the North Carolina Real Estate Educators Association, REEA (National Educators Association), and has served as President of the North Carolina Real Estate Association as well as the Award recipient for the "Most Outstanding Program of the Year" from that group.

She believes that "School is Never Out for the Pro!" and in this day and age the Professionals who embrace change enthusiastically will continue to succeed.
